Brought to you by the do-gooders at Firebelly Design, Camp Firebelly has been putting young designers to the test since 2008.
Every year, we take on 10 lucky designers from around the world and for 10 days, our campers work, eat and live together in the studio as they hustle to complete a project for a Chicago nonprofit.
You’ll collaborate as a group to research, concept, design and produce beautiful pieces that will help our partner organization and the people they serve, and look good in your portfolio too.
We also arrange some outdoor adventures, field trips, surprise guests and hands-on workshops (hope you like to learn!). Did we mention the food or the friendships? It’s all extraordinary.
If it sounds like a lot, that’s because it is. For 10 days, we make the most of every second. By the end, you’ll have new skills, friends and professional contacts, and some pretty good stories to tell.
